Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or defective products.
👉 Customized bags are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases where:

the product is damaged, or

there is a mistake from our side.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as received

Unused and unworn

With original tags attached

In original packaging

With a valid proof of purchase

Once your return request is approved, we will email you the return instructions and return address.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and resolve it.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange:

Customized bags with name or personalisation (unless damaged or incorrectly made by us)

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get another item is to return the eligible product (if approved) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

Cancellation Policy
All Stichel bags are made-to-order.
To reduce manufacturing time, customization and preparation begins immediately after placing prepaid and partial COD orders.
Therefore:
➡️ In case of cancellation, only 50% of the order amount will be refunded.
We kindly request customers to place customized orders only after confirming all details and being sure about the purchase.
